If you’re looking for some good shoujo to read, let’s find out what titles are showing up on shelves in August. We have Yona of the Dawn debuting this month – Yay! Also debuting is my personal favorite new license – That Wolf Boy Is Mine!. It’s time to say good-bye to 2 series – The Heiress and the Chauffeur and Emma. Let’s see what other shoujo and josei manga are continuing in the month of August:
This collection gathers the stories of those whose lives have touched Emma and William as the two take strides toward a future they can share together. From the daily trials of the Molders family and staff to the beginning of William’s unusual friendship with Hakim, these chapters serve to flesh out the world of Emma.

I’ve already read my copy of Yona of the Dawn. It feels sooo good to finally hold it in my hands!!! I’m also looking forward to getting That Wolf-Boy is Mine really soon!

Takaya has not been in the best of health. This article from 3 years ago explains why Lisolette went on hiatus. She’s only drawn Fruits Basket Another in 2015 since stopping Lisolette in 2013 and it’s only 7 chapters. We don’t know if she’ll ever come back to it.
Wolf Boy has great romance. It’s not a comedy really, it’s more of a supernatural drama. There’s plenty of romantic tension between the main protagonist and the animal boys. I think you’ll really like it.

That stinks. I hope she recovers. It’s fine if she doesn’t continue with the series. Just wondering why they’re localizing a dead series lol

Yeah, I had that same thought when the license was announced. Fruits Basket I get, and Twinkle Stars because it’s complete. They’re just trying to get money for the name I think, and like you, others won’t know Lisolette’s an incomplete series not likely to get finished unless they do some research.
Wolf-Boy does have a pairing, but like every good shoujo manga there’s a third love interest. She does have one boy she likes in particular, though. Don’t make me spoil it!

Do you know what’s going on with Lisolette and Witch’s Forest? It’s been on hiatus for FOREVER and it’s been licensed….there’s only 5 volumes available in Japanese and that’s it.
How much romance is in That Wolf Boy is Mine? The series intrigues me but I’m unsure if it’s just a bunch of comedy.
