Yuu Watase drew modern-day versions of her characters from the manga Fushigi Yugi in honor of the manga’s 20th anniversary.
Kodansha’s Morning recently published the first chapter of a history manga titled Marie Antoinette. The manga is created by Fuyumi Souryo and focused on Marie Antoinette and King Louis XVI. It is being supervised by The Palace of Versailles for historical accuracy. Souryo has previously had her works Mars and ES (Eternal Sabbath) published in North America.
