This is what happened in the news this past week:

Funimation’s Free! Eternal Summer release

Free! Eternal Summer anime will be released by Funimation on Feb. 16 in Blu-ray/DVD sets. Included in the set will be an unaired summer episode. There are lots of goodies in the different editions, check out Funimation’s announcement for more information. In other Free! news, Kyoto Animation posted a short PV for the anime film High Speed! – Free! Starting Days.

Saori Hayami, voice actress for Shirayuki in Snow White with the Red Hair, will provide the opening theme song for second half of the show. She sang the first opening theme song “Gentle Hope (Yasashii Kibou).

Funimation will stream Dance with the Devils and STARMYU, along with other anime, this fall. According to ANN, Dance with the Devils is about “Ritsuka Tachibana, a female second-year high school student who attends Shiko Academy in Shiko Town. She enjoyed her school life while living with her mother Maria, but one day, that balance fell into ruin. The anime is a story of Ritsuka being loved and being attracted to demons.” STARMYU, or High School Star Musical, is about students following on a journey to musical stardom.

Dance with the Devils is also getting a PS Vita game in Japan.

Diabolik Lovers II- More Bloood art

Crunchryoll is streaming Diabolik Lovers II: More Blood, which began airing Oct. 4. The show is based off of the drama CD and Playstation Portable game. This season introduces new characters and airs every Sunday at 11:15 a.m. EDT. It was also recently announced that Sentai Filmworks has licensed the anime.

Sailor Moon Rainbow Moon Chalice

A Sailor Moon Rainbow Moon Chalice is being added to the Proplica toy line. No price has been released, but preorders began yesterday. The toy is expected to be released in February 2016.
