Happily… Never Ever?

With CMX pulling the plug, there are several shojo series that we here in the states may never see come to a conclusion. I have just really gotten into some of these titles in the past year, and am so disappointed we will never get the final volumes.

Overall, Venus Capriccio is a fun and enjoyable read. I highly recommend it, especially if you like classical music or gender role reversal.

The Devil Does Exist – Mitsuba Takanashi

All in all, The Devil Does Exist is like a diamond in the rough, showing Mitsuba Takanashi’s promising talent, just lacking that certain polish her later work exhibits. A good read if one sticks with it, and certainly a better understanding of the mangaka’s abilities as a whole.
