Honest, intelligent news and reviews for manga romantics
Cocohana is a josei manga magazine published by Shueisha on a monthly basis that is aimed at an older female audience. It used to be Chorus, but was renamed Cocohana in 2012. We’re getting titles in North America from Viz media.
Which series have been in Cocohana? Honey and Clover ran in Chorus and it’s the only series we’ve gotten. But there are so many good mangaka running in this publication that we’ve seen before! What can we beg publishers for? Here’s what’s currently running in Cocohana:

How about you? What title would you buy if it was on the shelf?
I will buy any title above when it’s on shelf 🙂 We need more josei manga.
I’m curious about Ashi girl, I was wondering if you can tell me more about it. Thank you.
I’d like to say Ryou Ikuemi is one of my favorite author. I’ve read her Kiyoku Yawaku (in French called Puzzle) and like it a lot.
Also, just thought this was interesting: After I wrote this post and it went to twitter, the mangaka of Kyou wa Kaisha Yasumimasu, Mari Fujimura, started following me. Now I think I’ll have to check out her work, too. 🙂
