Memorable Manga Moments: Dengeki Daisy vol. 2

I told you I really love these characters. This scene is taken from the beginning of the second volume of Dengeki Daisy. Teru is staying at Kurosaki’s apartment until he can find her another place to stay since her place was vandalized. He is having her do chores around the apartment as payment for staying.

During their conversation Teru mentions that she wishes she could be doing such chores for DAISY, since he is a hacker and probably could use the help. Of course Kurosaki takes the opportunity to point out that DAISY that she admires so much could really be a jerk. She chastises him saying she knows he is a wonderful person no matter what his real identity is. So he proposes that hypothetically, what if he were DAISY?

LOL. I love Kursaki’s reaction in this scene. Even though Teru is messing with him, he has a realistic reaction to what she says, instead of acting like delinquent Kurosaki. Then Teru smacks him for asking such an idiotic question. Only to admit that she has already fallen for Kurosaki anyway. Ah, the mental agony of Kurosaki is delectable!
