Fans of Sailor moon can watch Sailor Moon R: The Movie in select theaters starting Jan. 20. The movie will show in more than 300 theaters.

Hiramatsu Tadashi Animation Gashuu

Tadashi Hiramatsu did the character designs for Yuri!!! on Ice, and now he will release his first art book, which includes artwork from that show as well as others including His and Her Circumstances and FLCL. The book will launch during Comiket. AnimeFest, a Dallas anime convention, will also host Tadahashi Hiramatsu alongside Yuri!!! on Ice’s Sayo Yamamoto (director) and Mitsurou Kubo (co-creator).

Kimi wa Pet, a manga by Yayoi Ogawa, is getting another live-action adapation and the trailer for it was recently revealed. The drama will air on Fuji TV starting Feb. 6. This is the second live-action drama from Japan.

Dream Festival! is getting a second season in 2017. The anime is based on a Bandai Namco Project and features five male idols.

Volume 11 of the Super Lovers manga will get a limited edition bonus that includes an anime DVD. The second season of the anime is set to air Jan. 12.

Spiritpact, a Chinese anime based off a Chinese BL web manga, is getting a Japanese anime dub. The anime is set to air Jan. 7.
